By creating an account or using ArborPrep (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

ArborPrep provides study material — practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, AI explanations, and analytics — to help you prepare for the ISA Certified Arborist exam. It is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the International Society of Arboriculture. All practice questions are original study material and are not actual exam questions. We do not guarantee any exam result.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not share your account.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Monthly $19, Annual $99) are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us within a reasonable time if something is wrong.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our content; do not attempt to break, overload, or abuse the Service or other users’ accounts.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated explanations may contain errors — always verify against authoritative ISA materials. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
